Richard Hart as UCP honoree

Baterby’s Art Gallery is so very excited and proud to announce that our principal auctioneer Richard Hart has been recognized for his many years of service with the children and families of UCP.

The United Cerebral Palsy (UCP) is an international nonprofit charitable organization that educates, advocates, and provides support services to ensure a life without limits for people with a spectrum of disabilities. UCP works to advance the independence, productivity and full citizenship of people with disabilities through an affiliate network that has helped millions.

Here is a short, yet heart-warming video honoring Richard at a recent United Cerebral Palsy event:

“That’s my philosophy: give it a commitment, do anything you can, and no is not an answer.” – Richard Hart

Richard’s belief and assistance in the UCP organization has been an ongoing effort and we here at Baterby’s are delighted to continue our support by having 10% of precedes and 100% of donations go directly to the United Cerebral Palsy organization at our next event!

So stop on by the gallery to donate today or come to our Master of the Month: Henri Matisse event on Saturday, April 12th from 12pm-3pm to support this amazing charity!  RSVP to this event now to get free entrance and a free raffle ticket at www.baterbys.com/matisseevent.  Every raffle ticket is a chance to win a framed print!
